We seek candidates with an established teaching and research track record in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human Centered Design, or related interdisciplinary fields. Candidates should be prepared to teach both theoretical and practical undergraduate and graduate courses involving the integration of existing and cutting-edge technologies and social practices into visualizations, apps, products, processes, and experiences that positively impact society. We encourage candidates with a record of research focus that includes but is not limited to one of the following areas: user experience design, interaction design, human centered design, design theory, social computing, digital everyware/ubicomp, computer-supported cooperative work, assistive technologies, IoT and making, and instructional technology design.
